UK – Research, planning and strategy consultancy Incite has promoted UK managing director Peter Kneale to the role of global managing director, overseeing operations in the UK and US.
The newly expanded role is part of Incite’s plan to align its offer to three practices – research, planning and strategy – focused on insight buyers, brand and marketing professionals and executive/investor audiences.
Kneale is succeeding Matthew Froggatt, chief executive of Incite, who took on the newly created position of global chief strategy officer within Kin + Carta, owner of Incite, last year.
As part of the new leadership, Froggatt will complete his transition to the Kin + Carta role, where he will retain strategic oversight of Incite and guide the group’s wider strategic planning.
Kneale will also work alongside US managing director Kevin Waters to bring the three practices to market for clients in North America.
Kneale said: "The new work-from-anywhere reality of agency life over the past year has shown us that being in the same place is an over-rated consideration when responding to briefs and delivering work. We can deliver the biggest impact for our clients when we pick the right team from across our offices to do the best work. A big part of my new role is making that happen."
