UK — Former McKinsey executive Vivek Banerji has joined Incite as a director. He will specialise in behaviour changes in healthcare.
At McKinsey & Company, Banerji was one of the leaders of the global consumer and shopper insights practice. He created and co-led the consumer and patient behaviour change service line, including programmes looking at topics such as giving up smoking, weight management and taking medication. He was also responsible for launching McKinsey’s initiative on consumer insights for innovation.
At Incite, he will do similar work for all of the agency’s clients with behavoural-led work, paying particular focus to the agency’s healthcare division.
Roger Banks, Incite managing director, said: “Vivek is constantly bringing learning from different disciplines such as cognitive neuroscience and behavioural economics to bear on research. His combination of creative and analytical thinking and his experience in innovative research both in consultancies and client-side make him a real asset to Incite.”
