Ink Research acquired by See Research owner

UK – The owner of insight business See Research, Holan Consulting, has acquired quantitative agency Ink Research for an undisclosed amount, with both companies retaining their separate brand identities.

See Research and Ink Research founding team

Ink Research was founded in 2015 by Barry Noble (pictured left) and Praxedis Page (pictured right), who will both join the expanded See Research Group leadership team. The company focuses on research with fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and retail brands.

The partnership will see both companies expand their international presence, broaden category coverage and strengthen their combined client portfolio, as well as offering integrated qualitative and quantitative tools.

Ink Research has moved its team into See Research’s office in Farringdon, London, which is also home to Holan Consulting’s qualitative viewing facility The Lens.

Howard Josephs (pictured centre), founder at Holan Consulting and managing director at See Research,  said: “Bringing qualitative and quantitative expertise together allows us to deliver clearer, faster and more actionable insight for our clients.  It’s a strategic growth step that strengthens our capability, scale and impact.”

Noble added: “This lays a strong foundation for growth, unlocking new opportunities to deliver even greater value for our clients.”

Page said: “We are very excited to be joining See Research, whose values align so closely with our own. Bringing our people and capabilities together strengthens our collective expertise and sets the stage for meaningful, long‑term success.”
