The tool, called Impact IQ, tracks campaign influence across social conversations and searches for patterns in engagement, sentiment and ‘buzz’, bringing together the information into a single dashboard.

Impact IQ is part of I-Genie’s work with Unilever, with the tool operating in more than 60 markets and categories.

I-Genie.ai is an AI consumer insights platform helping global brands track brand equity, measure digital engagement, spot emerging trends, benchmark product experiences and test innovations.

The company, which is founded by former Unilever executives Stan Sthanunathan and Paul van Gendt, raised $7.5m in a Series A funding round last year.

Trevor Sumner, chief executive at i-Genie.ai, said: “Impact IQ was built to answer the most important questions marketing leaders face today: ‘Is my spend effective? Which campaigns are moving the needle? How do I compare to competitors and am I gaining share of voice? And what should I do next?’”
