IDX adds to executive team and creates two new directorates

The appointments include Danny Russell (pictured) joining the executive team as chief customer officer, who will oversee initiatives to make sure that the customer remains at the heart of decisions and services.
Russell previously worked at companies including Sky, Boots, Kraft, O2 and British Airways and has served as an adviser for growth-stage businesses on customer engagement and brand strategy.
Paul Knight has also joined the IDX executive leadership team as senior vice-president of customer success, having previously worked at Acoustic, IBM and Silverpop.
At IDX, Knight will lead efforts to boost customer value and engagement across global markets.
Caroline Thorneycroft has been named as head of customer satisfaction, and will report to Russell.
In her new role, Thorneycroft will lead IDX’s global client experience and feedback programmes.
Atul Saigal has been promoted to chief customer delivery officer to lead the unified global delivery organisation, bringing together strategy, design, delivery, and security and customer service.
Chris Corrigan has been moved to chief growth officer, leading IDX’s global growth initiatives and focusing on expansion into the Middle East. Piers Sutton will work closely with Corrigan as head of enterprise solutions.
There have been a total of 45 appointments at IDX in recent months as the company scales its global capabilities and client service operations, including naming Crispin Beale as chief executive.
