ICM promotes Wormald to head up service development

UK — Research agency ICM has promoted Tom Wormald to head of service development for the ICM Group.

Promoted to the new role from being research director, Wormald will not only be responsible for service development, but also for combining the research offer with social media and big data to provide clients with a more joined-up picture according to the company.

Wormald joined ICM’s Digital research team in April 2011 from the Central Office of Information where he was an engagement consultant.

ICM has also promoted Danielle Prendergast to deputy operations director where she will retain responsibility for client and business development.
