US — IBM has launched a digital marketing network to help companies analyse marketing performance in real-time.
The IBM Digital Marketing Network syndicates real-time analytics to any marketing service such as Google Display Network, Doubleclick Search and Badgeville to help marketers create consistency in customer experience based on buyer behaviours.
It aims to help marketers improve customer engagement and responses though monitoring real-time activity throughout the network in customised dashboards so that marketers can see how their campaigns are performing across paid, earned and owned channels.
“We continuously look for opportunities to enhance the digital marketing experience for our customers.” said Crag Hayman, general manager, industry solutions, IBM. “The IBM digital Marketing Network eliminates the complexity and difficulty involved in placing third-party tags, enabling our clients to improve results and personalise the digital customer experience in real-time.”
