US – Market research automation company HubUX has added a community platform for qualitative and quantitative research, following its integration with FastFocus earlier in the year.
Users of the platform can either start with their own research participants or with 1,000 new participants sourced from social media channels.
The community management service includes advanced screening and the ability to fulfil and manage incentives.
Jamin Brazil, chairman, HubUX (pictured), said: “Modern consumers and researchers need a platform that is elegant, fun, on-brand, and automates the operations so both parties can focus on the research."
