AUSTRALIA — Horizon Media’s former CEO and head of sales Jane Nicholls is joining Ipsos MediaCT as commercial director to oversee the launch of a new audience readership survey.
Nicholls will be a key figure in the launch of Emma, Enhanced Media Metrics Australia – the newspaper and magazine readership study being developed by Ipsos MediaCT on behalf of print body The Readership Works.
She said: “I am really excited about this new role at Ipsos MediaCT and to be part of the go-to-market team for this world-class audience survey. I am ready to embrace the challenge ahead and develop a compelling offer for our clients.”
Emma will start publishing data in the first quarter of the new financial year and will look at readership across all newspaper and magazine formats, capturing data across print, website, mobile and tablet devices. More than 50,000 people will be surveyed each year.
