Norman rejoins Heart+Mind Strategies as vice-president of public policy, having spent five years with the company previously. Prior to her return, she held senior positions at Purple Strategies and State Policy Network.

During her career, Norman has designed and executed strategic research initiatives, directed strategy for advocacy campaigns, non-profits and corporate clients, and led innovative methodologies.

Heart+Mind is based in Reston, Virginia, and offers strategic consultancy services to brands and institutions.
