HCD Research makes business development hire
He joins the firm from ROI measurement agency TRA where he was responsible for market research sales, client service and marketing. Before this, he was general manager at MarketTools where he was in charge of Eastern North America and European operations.
During his 20-year MR career, he has served as vice president of research at the National Golf Foundation, as a vice president at research agency Burke and in a number of roles at MARC.
Glenn Kessler, HCD’s president and CEO, said: “Jim’s vast knowledge of market and media research methodologies and his success in securing long-term engagements with leading advertisers is directly in line with our key business initiatives going forward.”
