UK – Full-service digital market research agency, Harris Interactive, has hired Vijay Mistry as head of employee research, to lead the growth and development of its work in the sector.
Mistry (pictured) joins from ORC, where he spent more than three years as research director, team manager and lead insight consultant to major brands in all sectors. He has also worked at Korn Ferry Hay Group and other employee specialists.
At Harris Interactive he will work across the delivery teams to ensure clients get the most from their existing programmes.
Mistry will report to Pete Cooke, head of digital solutions – which includes Harris’ proprietary employee research and reporting technology suite.
