UK – Full-service digital market research agency, Harris Interactive, has hired Mark Hirst as research director for its expanded financial services team.
Hirst (pictured) was previously engagement director at Chime Insight and Engagement (CIE) Group. He was also client experience working at the Post Office for eight years as part of its insight team.
At Harris, he will report to Michael Worledge, head of financial services.
Worledge said: “Mark’s sector expertise, client and agency experience, ability to tell a story and embed research into clients’ businesses will be of real benefit to our clients.”
