UK — Market & opinion research firm ComRes has appointed Jeremy Halley as its business development director.
The former Total Politics commercial chief takes on the newly created post following the appointment of former London 2012 commercial director Chris Townsend OBE as a non-executive director at ComRes earlier this year.
ComRes Chairman Andrew Hawkins said the appointment was a statement of the company’s commitment to a “vigorous strategic expansion plan to build the business over the coming years”.
He added: “We have a very clear plan for building the business and Jeremy’s appointment is a key part of ensuring we are able to deliver against that strategy.”
