Hall & Partners makes senior healthcare hires

Vaughn (pictured) has 25 years’ experience in planning, strategy and insight, working both agency and client side including for Novartis and Bausch + Lomb. She was most recently vice-president, strategic planning director at McCann Health.

Stagg was previously managing director at Evoke. She has more than 15 years’ experience in healthcare marketing, having also worked at TBWA\WorldHealth.
