Before taking up his new role, Shames led Hall & Partners’ Chicago office for eight years, and has past worked at Millward Brown.

Daiana Dal Col has been named chief financial officer at Hall & Partners, having most recently held a similar role at AxiCom.

Dal Col also has finance operating experience from previous leadership roles within the public relations and communications industry, including at Omnicom and WPP.

In her new role at Hall & Partners, Dal Col will focus on developing business partnerships and improving efficiencies throughout the business, including competitive pricing, contract negotiations and identifying growth opportunities.

Peter Teachman has also joined in the newly-created position of chief growth officer, which will focus on creating value for clients and working on growth drivers and strategy.

Teachman was previously chief operating officer in Kantar North America, where he worked closely with Hall & Partners’ chief executive Tim Wragg for several years, when Wragg was chief executive of the insights, brand strategy, media and analytics practices.

These recent hires join Hall & Partners’ established senior leadership team, which includes chief people officer Sue Klinck, chief operations officer Natalie Smith, UK managing partner Branka Orosnjak, chief executive officer Australia Imogen Randell and general manager Middle East and North Africa Chady Debs.

Wragg said: “To build clear differentiation, we rely on people; people with strong leadership qualities that can manage diverse teams with creative and analytic skills capable of anticipating and adapting to rapidly changing situations, while delivering human insights tailored towards individual brands.

“Our new leadership team and focus will allow us to spend more time ensuring that every strategic recommendation is built upon powerful and relevant uncommon insights, as we bring greater cross-vertical and multi-category expertise to bear.”
