US — WPP’s wholly-owned media investment management company, GroupM, has acquired 49% of media agency Haworth Marketing + Media.
Haworth, which manages media investment for US brands such as Target, Ben & Jerry’s, Honeywell and DreamWorks Animation, was founded in 1970 and has offices in Minneapolis and Los Angeles. Its audited gross assets were recorded as $87m in October 2013.
The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
