Grey acquires Easycom in China

UK – WPP-owned global marketing communications network Grey has bought a majority stake in the China-based social marketing agency, Easycom Group.


Founded in Shanghai in 2006, Easycom employs more than 40 people and specialises in key opinion leader management, social content creation and campaign management, media relations and crisis management. 

Easycom made revenues of RMB40.6 million for the year ended 31 December 2015, with gross assets of approximately RMB26m.

Its clients include L'Oréal, LVMH, Philips, Diageo, Boehringer-Ingelheim, Kiehl’s, Coty and China Merchants Bank.
