GQR promotes Morris to London partner
Morris has led the firm’s London office since he opened it in 2010 and has grown the practice, particularly focusing on building its European commercial clients, to extend its remit from the political work it is known for in the US. Clients have included Starbucks, Virgin Media, and Garnier. Morris, a former political advisor, has led the firm’s work for the Labour party and is central to political campaigns in multiple countries.
His career includes speech writing for a Secretary of State, policy advisor in the Prime Minister’s Strategy unit and researcher at Chime Communications. He began his career in advertising, working with Trevor Beattie, Andrew McGuinness and Philip Gould.
