Kaushik (pictured, right) previously spent 16 years at Google, where he built a strategic consulting practice.

He was also part of the team that launched Google Analytics, and most recently led global strategic analytics for one of the company’s global advertisers, covering brand, performance, and influencer marketing on digital and offline channels.

At Croud, Kaushik’s role will cover strategy, product and data. He will also work on mergers and acquisitions for the business.

Luke Smith, founder and chief executive at Croud (pictured, left), said: “Many are going into 2023 with uncertainty, but we go in with absolute conviction and ambition for what we can achieve for our clients. Avinash has already shown how he’ll bolster that, helping advance Croud’s capabilities of course, but most importantly, helping our clients achieve their goals over the next few years.”

London-headquartered Croud is a global, full-service digital agency, with offices in the UK, US, and the UAE.

The appointment follows the company’s acquisitions of data and analytics business Impakt Advisors, performance agency Verb Brands and social media agency Born Social.
