GfK names Tom Zwolan as automotive VP

US — GfK has appointed former Hart executive Tom Zwolan as vice president in the automotive research team.

At Hart, a marketing communications firm, Zwolan was responsible for developing and executing research projects for clients in the automotive, retail, healthcare and renewable energy sectors.

He’s spent the majority of his career with Ford Motor Company in a variety of field sales, marketing and product planning positions and was responsible for integrating consumer insight into the company’s marketing and product planning decision making processes.

Zwolan has also worked at Synovate Motoresearch and Morpace International and was director of consumer insights at La-Z-Boy.
