Promotions at Thinks Insight & Strategy

UK – London-based insight and strategy consultancy Thinks Insight & Strategy has made several promotions, including Loulwa Al-Rasheed Wright and Ellie Gould to director.

Loulwa Al-Rasheed Wright and Ellie Gould

Al-Rasheed Wright (pictured left) is a mixed methods researcher who was previously associate director at Thinks, having been at the company for almost five years. Prior to Thinks, Al-Rasheed Wright was at Kantar as senior research executive.

Gould (pictured right) was previously associate director for quantitative at Thinks, and prior to joining the company in 2024, she was associate director at 2CV.

Further promotions include Eva Voukelatou to senior project manager, Jessica Atkinson to research lead and Grace Evans to associate director.

Thinks Insight & Strategy was recently acquired by Montreal-based communications business Avenir Global, remaining as a distinct business within Avenir Global’s network.
