General Sentiment names Pete Moran as CEO
Moran will be primarily responsible for driving sales as well as expanding General Sentiment’s market presence and keeping the company’s technology moving
forward.
Jim Estill, co-founder of Canrock Ventures and chairman of General Sentiment, said: “He not only has significant experience and deep ties to both industries; his entrepreneurial spirit and track record in building businesses make him a natural fit.”
Moran previously spent twelve years with Cablevision, building a variety of ad sales businesses and driving revenues in local, regional and national spot advertising. He led SkyConnect’s entrance into the digital ad insertion business, including the online TV ad buy/sell system AdVergence. Immediately before joining General Sentiment Moran managed ad sales for WealthTV.
