Future Thinking restructures ops team and makes new hires

UK – Research consultancy Future Thinking has created a new business structure for its operational team and hired three new team members.

Emma Jordan joins as head of human resources, Paul Clarke as head of business systems and Abigail Bassett as financial controller.

Jordan was previously at Career Builder where she was HR business partner EMEA. Prior to this she was head of human resources at the Football Foundation.

Clarke will have overall responsibility for identifying and implementing new business tools and reporting systems. Prior to joining Future Thinking, he was business systems manager at WPP-owned Hogarth Worldwide.

Bassett joins from JacTravel where she was group financial controller.

Claudia Strauss, Future Thinking’s UK managing director said: “As our business grows and evolves, we also want to be sure our operations represent the top talent, professionalising and future proofing our business.”
