US – Market research cloud company Fuel Cycle has set up an agile insights platform.
FC Ignition will speed up customer and employee insights by simplifying and automating research processes, Fuel Cycle said in a statement.
The platform is made up of three parts: an ad effectiveness measurement; real-time video interviews; and templated survey solutions.
Rick Kelly, chief product officer at Fuel Cycle, said: “To be successful, businesses need a robust toolkit that moves as quickly as the market.
“We believe that Ignition delivers the agility necessary to thrive despite constant change.”
