The inaugural list of 60 Insight250 Legends acknowledges ‘insight industry experts who have made a long-standing, indelible impact on the industry and beyond through innovation, leadership, commitment, or other contributions’. It is the result of an industry voting process in combination with committee perspectives.

Frost (pictured) is responsible for the leadership of MRS, overseeing its strategy, growth and evolution.

Prior to joining MRS, she led the individual customer function and the behavioural evidence and insight unit at HM Revenue & Customs.

Also recognised in the Legends list is Sinead Jefferies, chair of MRS, and chair designate James Endersby, who takes up the position of MRS chair from April 2024.

The Insight250 Legends is part of the annual Insight250 initiative, launched in 2021, which seeks to recognise leaders in market research, consumer insight, marketing and data intelligence.

As Crispin Beale, chief executive, Insight250, said: “There are many individuals who have made incredible, long-term contributions to the insights and market research industry in various ways. These experts and innovators have been part of the Insight250 as winners and judges over the past three years. So, we thought it appropriate to create a Legends honor that reveres those who have made these legendary contributions.”

Joaquim Bretcha, director general at Esomar, said: “The Insight250 Legends, with their commitment, innovation, and leadership, represent individuals who have made a lasting impact. By honouring these individuals, we emphasise the importance of nurturing talent, contributing to ongoing excellence in the evolving realm of insights.”

Individuals named as Insight250 Legends will no longer be eligible for the annual Insight250, but may still serve as a judge.
