Fragrance firm opens Moscow consumer insight centre

RUSSIA— Flavour and fragrance producer IFF has opened a new facility in Moscow for consumer insight and sensory analysis.

Flavour technologists and insight staff will be able to use the facility to interact with customers to support the firm’s development of drinks, dairy products, savoury foods, sweets and snacks, as well as fragrances, soap and household products.

Hernan Vaisman, group president for flavours at IFF, said: “We are dedicated to providing tastes and fragrances that consumers will love. This ultra-modern facility will enable increased customer intimacy and provide us with the long-awaited opportunity to gain greater knowledge of the needs and preferences of consumers in this region.”
