GLOBAL – Kantar has appointed Alvin Bowles as chief client officer and Ty Ahmad-Taylor as chief product officer.

Bowles (pictured, left) previously spent 10 years at Meta, most recently as vice-president of its global business group in the Americas, leading advertising sales and strategy.

He joins Kantar with immediate effect, succeeding Wayne Levings, who will leave Kantar after a handover period.

Ahmad-Taylor is formerly vice-president of product growth at Snap Inc and prior to that held senior roles at Meta, THX and Samsung. He will join Kantar on 26th October 2025.

With the appointments, Kantar is looking to increase the impact of what it called ‘AI-native marketing’ across its client base.

Based in New York City, Bowles and Ahmad-Taylor will report to Kantar chief executive Paul Zwillenberg, who joined the business last month from Accenture.

Paul Zwillenberg said Kantar is “transitioning to a fully AI-native marketing environment, from research design and synthetic data to advanced creative and marketing effectiveness measurement”, adding: “This is a priority for our clients and for our sustained growth.”

Zwillenberg said: “Bringing in two leaders with such experience is a statement of our intent to lead the next generation of marketing.

“Under Ty’s leadership we will accelerate the integration of advanced AI capabilities across our portfolio and unleash new functionality for our clients.

“Alvin has operated at the most senior levels at the intersection of business, technology and marketing. His insights and reputation for client leadership will strengthen how we engage with CEOs and CMOs and help them reinforce the impact brand value has for their wider enterprise.”
