UK – Customer consultancy Quadrangle has appointed Fergus McVey as its new client director.

McVey (pictured) was previously chief executive at Lacuna, which was formerly called 7th Sense and which went into liquidation earlier this year, according to Companies House.

McVey has experience working with brands in the automotive, luxury, sport and entertainment sectors and will strengthen Quadrangle’s customer strategy work in his new role.

Ben Skelton, chief executive at Quadrangle, said: “Fergus is a fantastic addition to our team. He is an innovator who shares our passion for high-quality, high-impact work, and we love his fresh approach.

“We’re excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to achieving great things together.”

McVey commented: “Quadrangle is very highly regarded in the research and insights world, and I am more than happy to make it my new home. They set the bar really high, and that’s exactly what I was looking for in a new role.”
