Former Kantar ops head to lead f2f work at ICM Direct

UK — ICM has appointed Gina Moore as head of face-to-face project management within the ICM Direct fieldwork business.

ICM Direct is pleased to announce the permanent appointment of Gina Moore as Head of Face-to-Face Project Management, following her major contribution to the successful implementation and accreditation of ISO 20252 in the department.

Gina will boost the team with her 30 years’ experience in face-to-face, CATI and online project management, including qualitative recruitment, and quantitative techniques such as NPD and taste/sniff testing for in-home product placements. In addition, Gina has wide experience of random location, random probability and quota sampling. Her former roles include Field Director at Research International, Head of Central Operations for Kantar and Board Director at Quadrangle.

In welcoming Gina’s appointment Neil Sykes, Operations Director at ICM Direct, says, “Gina has already strengthened our Face-to-Face Project Management team by helping to secure an important accreditation for the company. We already know she relishes a challenge and enjoys inputting into data collection design, and quick and accurate quoting. I am confident her broad experience, skills and enthusiasm will continue to generate good results.”
