Hannah McGeoghegan has been hired as participant engagement manager, a new role at the company that will involve making sure that InsightHub platforms and research projects achieve strong response rates.

Prior to joining FlexMR, McGeoghegan was area manager at Serve Legal Ltd.

Kris Hamilton also joins FlexMR in a new role as scrum master in firm’s technology development team, which will involve helping to enhance and streamline working processes.

Hamilton has experience in financial services, telecommunications, the public sector and the oil and gas industry, as well as a past career in the British Armed Forces.

Charisma Agyemang has joined the FlexMR sales team as a business development representative, having recently completed an internship in a similar role at TrainYo.

Agyemang will work closely with insight professionals across a range of industries to streamline and scale market research programmes.

Also among the new recruits was Lily Nawara, who has been named research associate within the firm’s research team and who recently completed an anthropology degree at the University of St Andrews.

The four new members of staff follow the appointment of Lucy Bridges to the firm’s help desk team earlier in 2022.

Pam Taylor, managing director at FlexMR, said: “We’re proud of the culture that we’ve built and the talented professionals that it continues to attract.

“After a strong 2022 performance, we are confident that Lucy, Lily, Hannah, Kris and Charisma will play pivotal roles in helping our ever-growing client base achieve their research goals.”
