FlexMR develops video research programme

UK – Tech insight agency FlexMR has launched an online video-based research service as part of its insight platform.

The managed programme has been designed to connect stakeholders and customers using live conversations.

It is part of a new consultative offer from the company, using its existing video research and integrated analysis tools GroupMR and VideoMR through the InsightHub platform. 

Recruitment, technical set-up, training and materials are included in the service.

Gareth Bowden, research project manager at FlexMR, said: “Using our video tools, we are able to create easy one-to-one conversations between stakeholders and respondents, forming a comfortable environment for easy insight generation.”
