E-Rewards and MarketTools strike TrueSample deal
The firm will use the software as “additional validation” of its E-Rewards and Valued Opinions branded panels in the US, UK, France and Germany, as well as integrating the technology into its programming and hosting services.
TrueSample combines validation techniques, digital fingerprinting and de-duplication processes in an effort to ensure that respondents are who they say they are and to prevent them from taking the same survey twice.
MarketTools president and CEO Scott Arnold (pictured) estimates that, after the deal with E-Rewards, some 70% of all unique survey panelists in the US have been certified by the TrueSample software.
