CANADA — Environics Analytics (EA) has acquired the business and assets of Generation5 from Voltari Canada.
Generation5’s demographic, behaviour and segmentation product lines will be maintained alongside existing EA products in order to meet the needs of users of both systems.
Jan Kestle, president of EA, said: “With the Generation5 experts joining our team, we now have even more tools, data and strategies to help Canadian marketers connect with their customers and grow their business. We are very excited about the new opportunities this will allow us to offer to both companies’ customers.”
Michael Vainder, director of analytics at Generation5, added: “We look forward to joining EA and together helping marketers leverage data and analytics so they can succeed in today’s competitive environment. We believe that this offers the best path forward for Generation5, its products, its customers and its staff.”
