Employee insights firm StatusToday closes seed investment
Founded by Ankur Modi and Mircea Danila Dumitrescu, StatusToday uses behavioural AI to analyse employee data, which it says improves efficiency and reduces risks for companies and staff.
The platform allows companies to gain visibility of how their workforce is operating on a real-time basis and encourages employees to set personal benchmarks.
The company has registered 200 companies since its demo launch in mid-2017.
Brent Hoberman, chairman of Firstminute capital, said: “The potential to use data and AI to provide employee insights is a huge area of potential that is largely unexplored.”
