Ellis becomes president of Fulcrum

News North America People

US — Open global sample exchange Fulcrum has announced that Andy Ellis has been made its new president overseeing all product, sales and operations.

Ellis (pictured) was previously president of Federated Sample and a search is now on for a replacement.

Patrick Comer, CEO of Federated Sample, said: “Last summer we split the company into two distinct lines:  Federated Sample, the programmatic sampling network and Fulcrum Exchange, the open global sampling exchange. By separating their sales and operations, we’ve been better able to support our clients’ needs and objectives. We’ve decided to focus Andy’s energy on our exchange business.”

Michael McCrary, outgoing Fulcrum president, has taken on the overall corporate role of chief revenue officer.
