UK – Media measurement company ECI Media Management has promoted Sofia Savvidou-Gianniri to global chief operating officer.
Savvidou-Gianniri (pictured) joined the company in 2017 as senior vice-president, global clients. Prior to ECI Media Management, she spent 12 years at Omnicom Media Group as managing director of the global accountability team in London and head of investment for Asia-Pacific in Singapore.
Based in ECI’s London office, she will oversee the company’s operational management, reporting to global chief executive Fredrik Kinge. She will also work alongside the global management team to support the company’s plans for international expansion.
Kinge said: “We are delighted that Sofia is taking on this key role in our global management team. As we develop and expand our product offering and our data capabilities, we need to ensure that our organisation maintains peak efficiency and agility. Sofia is exactly the top-level operator to make that happen.”
ECI Media Management is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and operates in the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
