ECGlobal launches measurement services in Brazil

US – Consumer intelligence market research company eCGlobal Research Solutions has partnered with audience measurement firm Immetrica to create Alldience, a tool measuring multi-platform media content.

A pilot study in Brazil – which took place between September 2018 and February 2019 – found that measuring media consumption through a mobile app installed on viewers’ smartphones gave very reliable data.

The Alldience app measures, in a continuous and passive way, the integrated consumption of TV and multi-platform advertising on any device — FTA and pay-TV, analog and digital, DVR, streaming / VOD / OTT services (both independent and channel-related), mobile, YouTube, social media and other websites –at-home and out-of-home.
