GERMANY — Dietmar Kruse has been appointed as Ebiquity’s CEO of Continental Europe.
Kruse (pictured) was formerly CEO of Ebiquity Germany, which he co-founded in 2008.
The company has acquired Kruse’s minority interest in Ebiquity Germany in order to reflect his wider responsibilities within the Ebiquity group and to align his equity interests with his new role.
Following this acquisition, the company’s ownership of the issued share capital of Ebiquity Germany has increased from 85% to approximately 94%. The remaining balance of shares continues to be held by local management as co-founders.
