UK— EBay has commissioned BritainThinks to conduct quarterly reputation tracking in the UK, Germany and France to inform and evaluate its communications strategy.
Vanessa Canzini, head of European corporate communications for the online auction site, said: “The research has become central to our strategic thinking and how we hold ourselves to account through target setting.”
BritainThinks is a research consultancy launched by Opinion Leader founders Deborah Mattinson and Viki Cooke.
