In his new role, which is based in Glasgow, Belcher will work across areas including employee experience, charity and not-for-profit, and finance, as well as continuing to build the company’s presence in Scotland and sitting on the company’s employee voice panel.

Research director Jenna Allen, said: “As well as having excellent account and client management skills, Alex is also a fantastic line manager and mentor.

“In his new role he will be focusing on managing key accounts, with a particular strategic objective to build the company’s portfolio of work in Scotland.”

Hegarty joined DJS Research’s business-to-business team as a project manager focused on healthcare two years ago from Watermelon Research and is based in Kent.

DJS Research research director James Hinde said: “Anna was new to qualitative research when she joined DJS, but has embraced this with gusto, with project management of complex quantitative projects a key strength.”

The two promotions follow five earlier promotions in 2023, including Rachel Hancock to associate director, Angharad Pearce to senior animator and multimedia designer, Sylvie Harding to senior research manager, Kieran Hart to research manager and Erin Warren promoted to senior research executive.
