US – Cincinnati-based business insights company Directions Research has hired Steve Hoops as a senior programmer in its business intelligence group.
Hoops (pictured) joins from Nielsen where he was most recently overseeing the North America programming team. While at Nielsen he managed and supported custom programming, helped transition programming platforms, and was a key contact in troubleshooting programming and system related issues.
At Directions he will be supporting the programming of online surveys and help strengthen the group as a whole.
