Directions hires Ebbing as SVP

With over 20 years’ experience in the insights industry, Ebbing (pictured) will develop and establish frameworks for operational, staffing and technology efficiencies across its client-facing services.

Ebbing was previously senior vice-president of operations at Engine in Cincinnati, and has also worked at ORC International and MRSI, in roles spanning leadership, operations management, process design and change management.

He will report to Jim Lane, president and chief executive officer. Lane said: “Jason has broad experience when it comes to the executional side of our industry, allowing us to meet the needs of our clients in the ‘better and faster’ space we operate. We are very excited to add his expertise to our organisation.”
