Desiree Lopez made CEO of TNS BMRB
Lopez joined TNS BMRB in 2012 as head of qualitative and was promoted to managing director in 2014. She has more than 20 years of international social research experience including large-scale quantitative studies, communications research and policy evaluations.
Prior to TNS BMRB she was research director at EdComs and has also worked at the Institute of Education and various NGOs in Canada and the University of Queensland in Australia.
She will continue to hold a visiting lectureship at UCL, leading Masters and Doctoral programmes in research methods, and has been invited to become a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on Behaviour for 2014-2016. The focus of the Council will be to increase awareness of behavioural insight approaches by governments across the globe.
Lopez’s appointment follows the recent announcement that Michelle Harrison, CEO of TNS BMRB since 2009, is taking on the TNS global leadership role for political and social.
