Deputy director general joins Market Research Society of India
Chowhan (pictured) is currently a consultant working with the MRSI, and was previously global head of customer experience at Liberty Global B.V. in Amsterdam.
She has also held roles as consumer insights director for Tele2 AB in Stockholm and was head of brand and consumer insight at Vodafone Group in London.
In India, Chowhan was business intelligence at Vodafone India, Mumbai branch head at TNS NFO and also director of strategic planning at Rediffusion DY&R.
Sandeep Arora, president of the MRSI, said Chowhan “brings international exposure, strategic expertise and proven executional skills from cross-company and cross-functional teams.”
Sandeep Saxena, director general of the MRSI, said: “It’s been a privilege having Mitali in the core team, supporting the set-up of the professional standards committee, and other key projects.
“I look forward to her continued association with the MRSI in her new role of deputy director general.”
