UK/JAPAN – Communications giant Dentsu Aegis Network has acquired New Zealand-based digital technology firm Davanti Consulting for an undisclosed amount.
Founded in 2007, Davanti is based in Auckland with another office in Australia. It employs 125 and specialises in Salesforce Cloud business and technology consulting services for clients’ strategic planning and digital transformation.
Following the acquisition, Davanti will be incorporated into the Isobar group and will be rebranded as ‘Davanti, Linked by Isobar’.
The acquisition gives the Dentsu group technology consulting and Salesforce skills in New Zealand as well as developing Salesforce capabilities within Isobar Australia.
Justin Hamilton, CEO of Davanti, Linked by Isobar, said: “It’s been a fantastic 12 years leading Davanti with Robert Carter and Matt Farrar. We are really excited about the next chapter as part of Isobar and the wider Dentsu Aegis Network. Now we have the capability and global scale for Davanti to be a serious competitor in Australia and realise its true potential in New Zealand.”
