US – Marketing software firm DataXu has announced the promotion of Tiffany Mosher to the newly created role of chief people officer.
Mosher (pictured) will expand on her previous role leading global human resource operations for the firm, which has 350 employees.
She joined the company in 2014 as vice-president of people strategy and was appointed senior vice-president in 2016. Prior to DataXu, she held senior HR roles at Cengage Learning, SharkNinja and Akamai Technologies.
Mike Baker, chief executive of DataXu, said Mosher’s "depth of experience" has enabled a "workplace where employees can deliver success for customers and thrive". He added: "The collaborative environment for which she is responsible encourages employee innovation and success."
