UK – Advertising and marketing-based technology platform Criteo has appointed Ryan Cook as managing director for the UK.
Cook (pictured) will be responsible for setting the company’s UK strategy and growing Criteo in the country, as well as helping the business work more closely with the media, advertising organisations and industry bodies.
Before joining Criteo, Cook was deputy managing director at Teads, where he helped launch a self-service, cookie-less advertising manager tool in Europe.
Cook has also worked in various roles across the advertising technology sector in both the UK and US, including at Nexage, now renamed Oath. He will be based in London in his new role.
Nicolas Rieul, managing director Western Europe and head of industry relations Europe at Criteo, said: “Ryan is, first and foremost an experienced, hands-on business leader who feels at home in an entrepreneurial, global environment. Ryan offers us another brilliant strategic layer.”
