Crimson Hexagon adds Instagram analysis to social listening platform
ForSight can now evaluate text from Instagram captions and comments, providing users with the ability to uncover common words and phrases used in Instagram posts.
“Adding Instagram analysis to our ForSight platform was a direct response to our customers’ requests,” said Crimson Hexagon’s president, Curt Bloom.
“In addition to providing the most comprehensive analysis available, users will also gain insight into post mentions and conversations visually through ForSight’s signature Word Clouds and Topic Wheels, derived from Instagram captions and comments.”
