The four new board members are Elaine Francis (pictured centre left), founder and director at Criteria Fieldwork; Hannah Rogers (pictured far right), senior director at Sam Sensory and Consumer Research; Sam Salama (pictured far left), senior insight lead at the Metropolitan Police Service; and Daniel Singham (pictured centre right), commercial director at Yonder Data Solutions.

The elections ran from 2nd February until 27th February, with turnout of 23.6% of voting members. There were 10 candidates for the four main board vacancies.

The new board members will take up their roles at the beginning of April.

Last year saw Rebecca Cole, chief executive at Cobalt Sky, named chair designate at MRS, with Cole due to take up the role of chair in April 2026, replacing James Endersby.

Jane Frost, chief executive at MRS, said: “MRS was extremely privileged to have attracted such a high calibre of candidates for the election; it’s a pity there weren’t enough seats for everyone.

“I’d like to thank everyone who stood for election – it’s a really tough challenge – and am delighted to welcome the Elaine, Sam, Daniel and Hannah to the board. I know they will make a great contribution, and I look forward to working with them.”
